RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Watch itself is beautiful and I love it, but I unfortunately received a watch with terribly misaligned hands. The seller was very difficult to communicate with and had hard time understanding the issue...or didn't care enough to try to understand; one or the other. They offered minimal compensation and cared more about minimizing their loss than customer satisfaction. I tried many times to get the seller to work with me and did get them to finally understand the issue and give me somewhat agreeable compensation (hence 2 stars instead of 1). The actual repair still ended up costing more than the refund amount. As I like Sea-Gull products, I may have to buy from this seller again, I really hope they do better next time.
